Design Process

At Brewer's Pool & Landscaping Co., Inc., we take a unique approach to the pool building process.

It all starts with your custom master plan.   Brewer's Pool & Landscaping Co., Inc. stresses the very important, but often neglected part of the process.  First an onsite visit from our sales manager will help us determine more about what your project needs are.  Then one of our talented pool and landscape designers will take measurements at your project site and work with your input to create your private oasis! Once the plan is complete, a color rendered master plan will be presented along with a price quote for your review.  Any requested changes will then be made and the plan will be finalized.

Once the planning phase is complete and the contract signed, the permits will then be obtained and the construction phase will begin.  This part of the project will typically take 4-6 weeks, although some projects take longer due to size and/or weather conditions.
